I had one of those test last week. You know one where challenges abound and you’re just not sure why everything seems to be against you.
- I had a couple of IT issues at work that took days to resolve. What I thought would take an hour took 3 days.
- I had to prepare to speak on Sunday about prayer. We’re doing a series called “Living on a Prayer”. I couldn’t seem to get going with it earlier in the week, but finally was able to get it all together by Friday. (I don’t like to finish things last minute). You can hear the sermon here. - My Dad started coughing up blood Thursday night. I meet him at the Hospital around 6 and was there until they admitted him around 10. (Thanks for everyone who prayed. He was released yesterday and diagnosed with pneumonia).
I do recognize all this was from the LORDs hands, which he used to chip off some rough spots in me. This also explains while the blog posts have been a little slow in coming.
